Diet trends seem to be slowly taking over the nutrition industry. Whether it’s with a caveman diet, a gluten-free diet or a sugar-free bandwagon. There’s something for everyone in this day and age of ‘dieting’ and staying fit.

But how far does this no carb, no grain, no sugar and no meat diet really go? Do you really have to eat breakfast for faster weight loss? If Kim Kardashian has stopped her consumption of carbs, is that the way to go to get his curvaceous (slightly enviable) body?
