One of my favs is ‘Cut out dairy to lose weight.’ So many people see dairy as the enemy, but unless you’re lactose intolerant, there’s no need to avoid it. In fact Dairy is so very good for you, packed with calcium, protein, vitamins and minerals. Plus it helps fill you up, which is a Godsend when trying to lose weight. If you are trying to lose weight, choose low fat diary options.
