🔬 BREAKING NEWS: Could this simple combo cut your cancer risk by 61%?

Because we`ve all been there... There was a time that I too spent thousands on random probiotics, digestive enzymes, and gut "cleanses" without addressing the fundamentals first.
Here`s what actually moves the needle for gut health:
1. START BY FINDING A QUALIFIED & EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONER
Trying to heal your gut on your own can be an overwhelming and confusing experience. It’s too important a system to rely on google or chat GPT. Look for an integrative GP, gastroenterologist, dietician, or naturopath.
2. MICROBIOME MAPPING: Stool testing can measure four of the biggest IBS culprits:
1.Digestive enzyme dysfunction,
2.Poor mucosal function,
3.Inflammation,
4. Ratios of beneficial and pathogenic bacteria in your gut.
This gives you personalised data on which part of your digestion is struggling.
3. CORTISOL ASSESSMENT: Elevated cortisol directly contributes to gut dysbiosis by altering microbial populations and increasing intestinal permeability. The Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR) saliva test provides objective measurement of your HPA-axis function and reveals if stress is sabotaging your gut.
4. THE 20 MINUTE RULE: Rushing through meals triggers your sympathetic nervous system ("fight or flight"), which physiologically inhibits digestive enzyme secretion and reduces blood flow to the GI tract. Setting a 20-minute timer for meals allows your parasympathetic nervous system to activate, optimising HCl production and enzyme activity.
5. TIME: While initial improvements in symptoms can appear within 2-3 weeks, complete restoration of gut integrity and microbiome balance requires 3-6 months of consistent habit shifts. This timeline can`t be rushed!
