🔬 BREAKING NEWS: Could this simple combo cut your cancer risk by 61%?

Just wrapped my segment on @Channel9 discussing the groundbreaking study called the DO HEALTH Trial.

The results blew my mind!

✅ 61% Reduction in invasive cancers
✅ 39% Reduction in pre-frailty
✅ Significant decrease in bioage.

Combining just THREE simple daily habits created a powerful protective effect, these were:
