We`ve all been there 🤣 I can definitely relate to this while holding a plank as well...😅 What about you? One thing to note though... Variety truly is the spice of life when it comes to your exercise routine. Doing excessive cardio isn`t going to help you reach your weight loss and health goals, but doing a combination of VO2Max, Zone 2, Mobility and Strength training IS! Truth is, excessive cardio every day actually isn`t the answer (thank god)!
